"Copy-And-Paste" Speech

Albanian Channel television broadcasted Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha (a conservative). He was reading three paragraphs of a speech on energy policy, followed by a clip of Fatos Nano (a socialist), delivering the same quotes three years earlier.

The wording was virtually identical!
