Halliburton again?

Is Halliburton (Halliburton is the company doing business in Iraq) is now giving polluted water to US Troops? One of the Halliburton's K-B-R subsidiary officials "we exposed a base camp population to a water source that was not treated."
Halliburton denies any wrong doing.
